We had a successful day yesterday. The PULSE at Parkes session went really well. If you're interested you can see what the students observed from this
twitter page. We also got a
press release and we also a write-up in
Computer World. Rob is about to give an interview for a radio station in the Parkes area.
The students and their teachers all seemed to enjoy themselves. We had a bit of a panic at the

start, but otherwise it went smoothly. Then we went and had a tour of the impressive VSSEC centre which contains a mock-up of the martian surface. Jonathan got selected for putting on the full space-suit gear.

Then we had stroll around Melbourne, before testing out a few more beers in the local pubs!
Now I have a relaxing day in Melbourne before flying this evening to Hong Kong. Hopefully I'll make my connection on to Beijing!
