They're all galahs! There are some other stunning, colourful parrots, but I cannot get a good photo of them - I'll keep trying.
... and, of course, I'm looking forward to your next trip to Oz!
Not being a field biologist, I hadn't realised that parrots grew on trees. At what time of the year do the natives harvest them?
Haven't you heard of the Great Australian Parrot Harvest? ... it takes place in October ... I recommend visiting at that time.
